AWS-3 Remnants Analysis

The FCC published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on February 6th, 2025, to auction remaining AWS-3 spectrum licenses from Auction 97.

The Airwave Research team has analyzed the AWS-3 spectrum remnants and compiled a list of the available licenses. There are 200 licenses available, 197 of which are from the cohort of Dish licenses returned to the FCC. The other 3 were not purchased during the auction.

For each remnant license, we provide the following information: market, channel block, bandwidth, 2020 population, and MHz-Pop.
