Look into the Future: Apply Pending Applications to Spectrum Screens

NEW: You can now apply pending applications to portfolios or spectrum screens, providing a more accurate picture of the spectrum landscape.

Previously, the Portfolio page and Screen module relied solely on the snapshot of spectrum ownership nationally. Now, you can apply pending applications to simulate the state of the spectrum landscape assuming the application goes through.

For example, there are currently two assignments of authorization with T-Mobile assigning to SoniqWave. When running a spectrum screen involving T-Mobile, we can apply these applications, which now removes those licenses from TM holdings and adds it to SoniqWave’s holdings. T-Mobile will have less 3.45 GHz spectrum in the screen as a result.

This functionality is now live on the Portfolio page as well so you can, for example, compare the T-Mobile portfolio before and after the UScellular transaction. Likewise, you could run a similar query on the UScellular portfolio.
